Megan Knott- Ms. Kansas City to Compete for Ms. Missouri USA: Megan Knott has been awarded the title of Ms. Kansas City! Megan Knott of Smithville, Missouri HAS JUST BEEN AWARDED THE TITLE OF Ms. Kansas City, for ROYAL DREAM PRODUCTIONS – MISSOURI DREAM GIRLS USA; and U.S.A. PRODUCTIONS, INC. - producers of the nationally recognized Dream Girls U.S.A. Pageant Program. Knott is wife to Douglas Knott and Mother to Rylan Knott of Smithville, Mo. After being awarded her title Knott has since enjoyed a fun year of making appearances and being involved in her community. Since having her title she has been invloved in numerous community activites as well as many volunteer programs. Knott has been an advocate for Dove's Self Esteem True Beauty Campaign for many years and continues to keep this as her platform. She has also taken on a NEW platform as well. Prematurity Awareness. March of Dimes have asked Knott to be their National Spokesperson. Throughout her year she will be raising awareness for these two campaigns.
